The selection procedure in The Indian Council for Cultural Relations is for Stenographer recruitment will on the basis of Computer Based Examination followed by skill test/typing test and stenographer test. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed 10+2 or bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. The candidate must have done a diploma certificate in computer application from a recognized institute with dictation 10 minutes @ 100 wpm, transcription - 60 minutes in English and 75 minutes in Hindi only on the computer.

The candidate's minimum age should be 18 years and the maximum age for Junior Stenographer is 27 years, whereas for Senior Stenographer it is 30 years. I am also giving you the website link for your reference that is www.iccr.gov.in
