My qualification is 12th pass in science. Age 20. Height 5.7 inch,chest 180 cms. Eyesight: 6/6. How to become a Para commando or commando? Date of birth 19/11/1997.

Criteria is mentioned below;

> Candidate's age should be between 16.5 years to 19.5 years, however an age relaxation of 5 years and 3 years is provided for SC/ST and OBC candidates respectively.

> Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.

> Candidate's height should be a minimum of 157 cms.

> Candidate's weight should not exceed 55 kgs at the time of applying for the examination.

> Candidate's eye sight should be 6/6 and not less than that.

To join the Para commandos the candidate needs to meet physical criteria which is here under:
The candidate should not be less than 157 cm. The eyesight should be good and without any defects. The eye sight should be 6/6. The age of the candidate should be in between 18-25 years.
The candidate must be a citizen of India and have the minimum qualification of matriculation or any equivalent. At first the candidate needs to pass the entrance exam then after have to face and pass the interview after that have to clear the pre joining fitness test.

Physical Requirements for Para Commando:

Here are the physical requirements that are required for the post of Para Commando or Commando. Yes, you are eligible to apply for this Para Commando recruitment with the above mentioned physical criteria.

>> Minimum Age must - 157 cms

* As your height is 5.7 foot which in conversion it is nearly 170 cms.

* As your height is more than what is required, I am sure you are eligible to apply for this Para Commando recruitment.

>> Eye Sight must be 6/6 in order to be eligible.
