Procedure to become an IAS Officer for 8th student?


Hello
I Am studying 8th standard.
I have an aim of to be a collector (IAS).
What can I do from this age to become an IAS officer.
Please explain about the full process.

It is a good aim to become an IAS officer. To become an IAS officer, you need to appear in Indian Civil Services Examination which is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of IAS, IPS, IFS, IES officers. Eligibility Criteria required to appear in IAS examination is mentioned below :-

Eligibility Criteria :-
1. You must be a citizen of India.

2. You must have completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.

3. You must be in between 21-30 years of age. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

4. You must be Physically and Mentally fit.

Selection Process :-
1. Preliminary Examination
2. Mains Examination
3. Personal Interview

No. Of Attempts :-
--> General :- 4
--> OBC :- 7
--> SC/ ST :- No Limit

You need to study these following subjects thoroughly and precisely ;

1. Geography.
2. History.
3. general Awareness.
4. English
5. And little bit Technical.

** If you master the following above Subjects, then no one can stop you
from cracking the IAS Exam.
** After 12th you need to fill the civil services form and then do apply for
the same.

I am of muslim cast dont know can I become but I am trying very Hard and I know that I will be successful
