Selection criteria of senior drilling officer in Oil india limited :

Selection will be conducted in two phases.

Phase 1: Written examination

This exam is for 100 marks and having a weightage of 85% of marks .

There after you will be shortlisted in the ration based on candidates.

2.phase 2:

-- Group discussion /Group task

Total marks is for 30 marks and having a weightage of 5%

--- interview

Total marks for above is 10 marks and having a weightage of 10%

At times you will be not having GD/GT then you will be shortlisted for inerview with a weightage of 15%.
