Hi everyone, I have applied for Oil India Senior Officer recruitment 2018. I want to know the selection procedure in this recruitment as this is one of the most renowned recruitment in India so I don't want to take risk. Please let me know asap.

Selection Process of Oil India Senior Officer Recruitment 2018:

Eligible shortlisted candidates shall be required to appear in the below mentioned processes.

>> Written Test

>> Group Discussion

>> Viva Voce

Basically screening and the selection is done on the basis of details provided by candidates. Hence, I suggest you to enter all your information correctly and fully.

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of,

@ Rs.60000-180000/- (starting basic pay of Rs.60000/-) per month

And the selected candidates have to serve a probationary period of 1 year and then will be confirmed in writing after successful completion of the period.
