Can you please help me to know about the selection procedure as I want to get selected in Bank of Baroda recruitment as a Specialist IT Officer. I really need this job as it’s my dream job. Please help me to know about the selection procedure asap.

Candidates who are going to apply or have applied for Bank of Baroda Specialist IT Officer recruitment, wil have to appear for an online written examination. Those candidates who qualifies the examination will then have to appear for a Group discussion followed by personal interview for the final selection.

Candidates have to go though the various stages and qualify in them for the final selection.

There will be written test, psychometric test and other test as deemed for the selection by the bank followed by the Group discussion and personal interview.

Candidates qualifying in all the stages will become eligible for final selection.

Online Test (psychometric test or some other suitable test)

Group Discussion

Interview


Online Test consists of the following topics:

Reasoning – 50 questions – 50 marks
Professional Knowledge – 50 questions – 50 marks
English Language – 50 questions – 50 marks
Quantitative Aptitude – 50 questions – 50 marks

Total – 200 questions – 200 marks

Duration of the online test is 2 hours

Selection procedure in Bank of Baroda Specialist IT Officer recruitment are as follows:-
Written Test
Group Discussion
Personal Interview

Examination is conducted in various stages for the final selection.

Candidates have to qualify in all stages for selection. Various stages include :-
