Selection procedure of Federal Bank Probationary Officer (Officers (in scale I)) recruitment 2018 is as follows:

Online Aptitude Test – 6 sections – Verbal Ability / English Language, Logical Aptitude / Reasoning, Quantitative / Numerical Ability, Computer Awareness, General, Socioeconomic & Banking and Digital Banking

Group Discussion

Personal Interview

(Or any other mode of selection which will be decided by the bank)

Selection process of federal bank PO recruitement 2018 are in 3stages:
1. Online aptitude test
2. Group discussion
3. Personal interview

There are negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Online Aptitude Test will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Only the shortlisted candidates shall be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

Online Aptitude Test Pattern for Federal Bank Probationary Officer recruitment is given below,

1) Verbal Ability/ English Language - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
2) Logical Aptitude/ Reasoning - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
3) Numerical Ability/ Quantitative - 20 Questions - 20 Marks
4) General, Banking and Socio Economics - 10 Questions - 10 Marks
5) Computer Awareness - 10 Questions - 10 Marks
6) Digital Banking - 10 Questions - 10 Marks

Duration of Exam - Composite time of 60 minutes for all the tests together
