Re: Selection procedure in LIC Assistant Administrative Officer recruitment 2018?
Hi,
There were three steps followed in AAO recriutment process. Step-1:- First they will conduct a written test on following topics. i.Reasoning, ii.Numerical Ability, iii.General Awareness, iV.Computer Knowledge & V.English In this test each topic has sectional cutoff and all topics together has another cutoff. Step-2:- Second test is the direct interview. Here candidates who have been qualified in Step-1 will be interviewed to check their abilities in various aspects. Step-3:- This is the Pre-medical checkup done for candidates who have selected in the interview. If the candidates are found fit they will be given with offer letter with date of joining. --> Once Step-2 is cleared you are almost selected as an AAO. unless you are medically unfit. Thanks. |
