Hello Sir/Madam, can you please let me know about the selection procedure of MOIL Limited Executive Trainee of this year? I want to apply for the recruitment of Executive Trainee. Please provide me the selection procedure as soon as possible.

Manganese Ore Indi Limited (MOIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Executive Trainee (Geology) and asked eligible candidates to submit their application by 15th June, 2019.
Post-Graduate candidate in Geology/Applied Geology can apply. Fresher candidate will be inducted as Executive Trainee and after successful completion of the training period the candidate will be placed on probation as Manager. Selection process will be written test followed by the interview.

Selection Procedure of MOIL Limited Executive Trainee Recruitment :

After successful completion of selection you will be undergone in training for a period of one year.

Initially you will be induced as Executive Trainee and after completion of training period you will be treated as Manager.

Total 6 number of vacancies under Executive Trainee.

Pay scale of Rs.50000 to Rs.160000 per month with 14.04 CTC.

For selection of candidates for the post of Executive Trainee in MOIL Limited, shortlisted candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will have to appear in the written test. Shortlisted candidates from written test will be called for interview process.
Candidates will be finally selected on the basis of performance in the interview subject to verification of documents.

Selection procedure of MOIL Limited Executive Trainee recruitment:

The MOIL Limited Executive Trainee placement process has two steps will be written test followed by Personal Interview. The written test is divided into the following sections. Personal Interview is the last and final round. In Personal Interview, you will have to answer questions based on the project work done by you in graduation. You should be confident, presentable and alert to clear the interview.
