Selection procedure in Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited Graduate Executive Trainee recruitment:-

In the CBT, candidates need to secure the minimum marks to qualify the examination.

And those who get qualifying marks will be called for interview.

The number of candidates called for interview will be six times the number of vacancies notified.

The final selection of the candidates will be based on the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in the CBT and interview.

The selection procedure in Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited Graduate Executive Trainee recruitment will be on the basis of Computer based online examination. The candidates who qualify this online examination will be shortlisted for a personal interview.

Candidates have to appear in the Computer Based online examination.

Those who qualify in the Computer Based online examination will be shortlisted for personal interview in the order of merit based on the marks scored in the examination.

The number of candidates to be considered for personal interview will be six times the number of vacancies notified.

The names of candidates shortlisted for personal interview will be this emanated through NLCIL website.

Candidate can download their call letters for personal interview through the website. They will be notified by sms or email.

Minimum qualifying marks in the personal interview will be 50% for general and 40% for reserved category candidates.

The final selection will be based on the aggregate of marks scored by the candidates in the Computer Based online examination and personal interview.
