The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or Arts with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university with a minimum 30 words per minute typing speed on computers. The candidate should have passed a Certificate course of 6 months duration on MS-Windows operating systems and desktop applications. The candidate minimum age should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 35 years.
