Selection procedure of Odisha Mining Corporation Limited Electrical Deputy Manager recruitment will be done through two stages as mentioned below;

1). Computer Based Test (CBT): UR/SEBC and ST/SC candidates will need to secure 50% and 45% marks respectively in CBT to qualify for Stage two.

2). Documents Verification & Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from CBT will be called for Personal Interview. Candidates who will qualify the Personal Interview will have to produce original required documents.
