Hello sir I want to become a district superintendent of police / a CID officer... Now I'm a final year B.E student so what I suppose to do after my B.E education to achieve my aim.

A CID officer is choosen after 3 esta and interviews.
The civil service exam can serve as a direct entry point to the CID team if you pass.
Physical tests are also required though.

Those who have completed graduation in any field are eligible.
Those who are graduate can join this department as sub inspector.
There are many Universities in India that offer degree in criminology and criminal justice at the graduation level which may be helpful to join CID.
After completing criminology degree , one must pass CSE exam , this will help you pass UPSC exam and one will be able to join CID team as sub inspector.
