What are the occupations for girls in Army and what are eligibilities? As per through CDS exam one can join army and navy but what are its eligibilities for girls on this field and what one should do to be a lieutenant in army or any other officer post holder in army for girls after 12th class?

Here are some of the occupations for girls in the Indian Army:

> Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer: Women can join the Army as SSC officers. They can apply for the following streams:

Army Service Corps (ASC)
Army Medical Corps (AMC)
Judge Advocate General (JAG)
Army Education Corps (AEC)
Corps of Engineers
Army Ordnance Corps (AOC)
Army Dental Corps (ADC)
Army Postal Service Corps (APSC)
Military Nursing Service (MNS)
> Technical Graduate Course (TGC) Officer: Women can join the Army as TGC officers in the engineering stream.

> University Entry Scheme (UES): Women can join the Army through UES after completing their engineering degree.

> National Cadet Corps (NCC) Special Entry Scheme: Women can join the Army as NCC Special Entry Scheme officers.

Common elegibility criteria:-

- Age: The minimum age to join the Army is 19 years, and the maximum age varies depending on the stream.

- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their graduation in a relevant stream from a recognized university. For some streams, a postgraduate degree is also required.

- Physical Fitness: Candidates must meet the physical fitness standards set by the Indian Army, which includes height, weight, and fitness tests.

- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
