Respected sir, I want to ask that whether the doctors working in Indian Army are given the chance to fight in war like situations or not?

No, doctors are there for just treatment of soldiers if they are posted in war areas. They are not asked to take the field as a soldier because their work is of different nature. One thing is sure that you have to work in areas which are sensitive even if you are a doctor in Indian Army.

Therefore, any one who is in Indian Army at any post will have to serve in the war ridden area in his career. If you think that you will remain only in peaceful environment while doing job in Indian Army then you have to think about other jobs.

No. Indian army Doctor are there for just treatment of injured soldiers not for a war.

But Indian army provide the full training to doctor for handing the situation at the time of war.

In Indian army Doctor just for a treatment not for a WAR.......
