No, RVD is not approved by AICTE, but it is recognized by UGC and even it has accreditation from NAAC(National Assessment and Accreditation Council). So, there is no need to worry, you can join in this university and your degree will be definitely valid for government jobs. so, after completing graduation from RVD university, you can apply for government jobs.
