Can I apply for counselling if scored 130 marks in Assam-CEE being ST(P) student?


Sir,
I am Miss Priyanka Rabha ST (P) by caste.
I got total marks 130 in the ASSAM CEE.
Can I get chance for calling for assam cee counseling ?

what if a student gets 250 marks in CEE and passed HS by getting grace marks
