Due to some issue I had quit my degree from regular college and completed it from ignou. I have a bsc chemistry degree. Now I want to earn a bsc hons degree from a regular college, is it possible? Am I eligible to pursue a masters degree from regular college?

A regular student can shift over to distance mode but a distance mode student cannot shift over to regular mode.

As you have already completed your UG degree through distance mode, now you cannot change it, the only way is to take fresh admission in that same course through regular mode.
And its just the waste of time and money.
If you are interested in doing masters , you can do so by taking admission to the course through regular mode.

Yes, you can pursue a regular postgraduate degree program after completing your bachelor's degree in distance education.

Yes, it is possible. You will have to attend regular degree courses again. It will be a waste of time for u. Now, distance degree from ignou is approved by UGC so there is no problem to do masters. After completing your undergraduate degree in distance education you can follow a regular postgraduate degree program.
