We cannot predict or estimate whether you can get admission or not to study B.Tech course in NIT, Durgapur by securing 63% marks in 12th standard and 59 marks in JEE Main examination being a SC candidate. Getting admission in NIT or not depends upon your JEE Main examination rank. If your JEE Main examination is below 5000 rank, there may be a chance for you to get admission to study B.Tech course in NIT, Durgapur.

Your chances for getting into IIT/NIT is very high, but we can not predict of the particular institute. Since, your admission is based on the cut off as well as the availability of the branches.
