Course duration and structure of BSc(Catering Management) in UITHM-Mohali is 3 years and it is spread over 6 semesters. Subject of study covers the various modules of the industry such as Food Production, Food and Beverage Management and Catering operations, General Management, etc. Students are provided hands-on training in the labs of food production under this program.
