I have applied for KIITEE and I want to study B.E. in Mechanical Engineering through KIITEE. So, I need to know that what rank I have to acquire so that I get this stream?

If you get rank withing 8000 then there are the chances that you will get into KIITEE.
Since, till 10000 rank KIITEE do their counseling program and then after there are very few chance say it as a minimal or negligible that KIITEE will go for further counseling. Because there are preference for different quota like: Management Quota, Category Quota and all.

So, make sure to come under 3000 so that you will get inside KIITEE along-with your desired branch and if you need Mechanical then you need to be under 100s.

It is quite hard to tell exact cutoff rank. But one can predict that you need to score under 3000 to get entry in KITEE and then you will be eligible to select your branch as per your choice as because KITEE selects only students under 10000 ranking. There are various quota under selection procedure like government quota, category quota and many more. To achieve your desired goal you need to score more and more marks.
