Difference between BStat and BMath papers


I have filled subject choice as BMath i want to change it to BStat so what should I do and is there any difference in the papers of both discussed above

Difference between BStat and BMath papers.

After B Stat:

Higher Studies in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics.
Jobs as Statisticians in research institutions and scientific laboratories, government departments or industries.
You can get direct admission into M.Stat at ISI, after successfully completing the course.

B. STAT.(HONS.) CURRICULUM

All the courses listed below are allocated three lecture sessions and one practical/tutorial session per week. The practical/tutorial session consists of two periods in the case of Statistics, Computer and Elective courses, and one period in case of Mathematics and Probability courses.

If you are a math lover, just go for B Math. After that you have intrest in statistics, you may pursue M Stats after B Math. Therefore, B math is a wider domain, with more options, and easy going life, B stats is more specialized with focus on one particular area, hence opt for B stats only if you are interested.
