NTA conducts NEET for admission in MBBS course.
Common eligibilty to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed or appearing in 12th with PCB as main paper. Passed candidates must have scored minimum 45% aggregate to become eligible to appear in the examination. No upper age limit to appear for the examination. |

Eligibility for MBBS course:-
Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for MBBS entrance exam but your 12th standrad are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST percentage is required to 40%. Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years. List of entrance exam:- National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test AIIMS JIPMER AFMC PGIMER CMC VELLORE MU OET BVP CET and KIITEE. These exams are conducted for both undergraduate and post graduate courses. |

The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council for Educational Research and Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on education. |

The eligibility for the MBBS course is a candidate must have cleared 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Zoology & Botany) with a minimum score of 50% aggregate from a recognized board. Admission to the MBBS course is granted on the basis of the candidate's performance in the National Level Entrance Examination (NEET). A candidate should be 17 plus as of 31st December of the year of admission.

Subjects studied: To pursue an MBBS course, students should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their class 11 and 12. Minimum marks required: For MBBS admission in India candidates must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
