Eligibility to appear in MAHA LLB CET 2019?


Respected Sir/Madam, I am interested to appear in MAHA CET for LLB course. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this entrance exam of 2019. Please let me know immediately.

If you are applying for 5 years LLB course, then you need to have class 12th qualification in any stream with 45% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category). In case of higher level LLB course, you need a degree qualification.

Admission will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and seats are allotted through counselling based on your rank.

MAHA LLB CET 2019 – Eligibility criteria are given below:

For 3 years LLB course:

Candidates with a graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category students)

For 5 years LLB course:

Those students who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognized board with not less than 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category students)

Students who are appearing in the above mentioned examination are also eligible to apply.

Those who have completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in a single sitting (without studying class 1-9) are not eligible

Eligibility to appear in MAHA LLB CET 2019 are as follows:-

Eligibility for 3 year program-
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university in Maharashtra with 45% marks.
No upper age limit required.

Eligibility for 5 year program-
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
SSC or HSC Graduates from a recognized board/school in Maharashtra with 45% marks and 40% marks for SC/ST category.
Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility criteria for the undergraduate law programs:

Candidate should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination class 12th board examination from any recognised educational institution with a minimum of 45% of the total marks in the aggregate of the subjects however there is 5% less percentage required for those students who belong to Sc / St categories to pursue 5 year integrated law programme.

Those who are seeking admission into the three year no program, need to have a graduation degree issued by any recognised college or university by UGC must have completed graduation with at least 45% marks.

There is no age bar to appear in the law examination.

Eligibility criteria to appear for Maharashtra LLB CET 2019:-

Nationality:-
All Indian candidates can apply for this exam.
Foreign or OCI or PIOCor NRI candidates are also eligible.

Age limit:-
There will be no upper age limit for apply .

Educational qualification:-
Appearing candidates can also apply .

For 3 years LLB course:-
Qualifying exam:-
The candidate should have passed graduation and post graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University.

Minimum marks :-
Pass the above examination with 45% marks(40% SC/ ST category of Maharashtra State only) in aggregate.

For 5 year LLB course:
Qualification exam:-
The candidates should have passed 12th or its equivalent examination form the recognised University.

Minimum marks:-
Pass the above examination with 45% marks ( 40% marks for SC / ST category of Maharashtra state only) in aggregate.

Appearing candidates:-
Such candidates are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility to appear in Maha LLB CET 2019:-

For 5 years:-
The candidate must pass 12th from organised board.

The candidate must score at least 45% marks of the total marks in the aggregate of all subjects.

If the candidate belongs to Sc / St category than 5% relaxation is given.

For 3 years:-
A graduate degree in any subject issued by any university or college.

The candidate need to score minimum of 45% marks and 5% marks relaxation is given to Sc / St categories.

There is no age bar for the law aspirants appearing in MAHA LLB CET 2019.

Eligibility to appear in MAHA LLB CET 2019:

You should be a citizen of India.
You must passed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized Central/State board for 5 years integrated BA+LLB programme and for the 3 years LLB programme, you must hold a graduation/ post graduation degree from a recognized university or institution.

Candidates pursuing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for the MAHA LLB CET 2019.

There is no age limit to appear in the MAHA LLB CET Law 2019 for both five-year integrated and three year LLB programmes.
