Respected Sir, can you please help me to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for studying BASLP? I am interested to join this college for this course so I want to know about the eligibility criteria.

The full form of BASLP is Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. It is a undergraduate professional course.


The minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for the admission in BASLP course is
10+2 with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The duration of BASLP course in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences is 4 years including 1 year of mandatory Internship..

The eligibility criteria to study BASLP(Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology) at the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences is:-

==> Candidate must have done 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board.

==> Candidate should have a minimum aggregate score of 50% in 12th class, Physics, Chemistry, Math/Biology as the main subjects.

==> Admission process will be done on the basis of entrance exam, NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Under Graduate.

=> B.A.S.L.P. or Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology is an undergraduate Audiology course.

=> For the admission of this course, the candidate should have passed two-year Pre-University examination conducted by the Pre-University Board of the State of Karnataka or 12th class by the University of Mysore.

=> The minimum percentage required for the general category candidate is 50% and 45% for SC/ST category candidate.

Eligibility to get BASLP admission in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences:


1. You must have completed Senior Secondary (10+2) qualification, in the Science stream from any recognized educational Board.

2. You should have a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) marks in the 10+2 exam.

3. You must have Physics, Chemistry, Math/ Biology as the main subjects of your higher secondary stream.

4. Candidates who are awaiting for their 10+2 examination’s results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.

Eligibility in Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology :

>> You should have completed 10+2 from the recognized board with Science is the main stream.

>> Admission Based on the Merit list, no entrance exam will be conducted.

>> The selected student will be called to Academy

>> Later you ll be called for Document submission and Verification.

For Bachelors degree you no need to give any entrance exam but based on Bachelors degree it depends.

And to get admission you need to fill your details in the application which is available in Official website.

You must bring application form all the certificates for document verification once you will get admission.

In order to apply for BASLP admission in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, you should have completed your 12th standard with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. SC/ST candidates will get 5% marks relaxation. The admission will be based on the merit scored in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility to get BASLP admission in Dr. NTR University of Health sciences are mentioned below:-
Candidate must have completed their higher secondary education from a recognised educational board.
Candidate must have secured at least 55% in science stream in 10+2.
There is no age bar to pursue this course.

You have to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board to be eligible to study BASLP in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. You should have obtained a minimum 50% aggregate (relaxation of 5% is available for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.

You need to have a class 12th qualification with science stream with minimum 50℅ marks from a recognized board of education. There is a relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.

Admission will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam conducted by the university. Seats will be allotted through counselling.
