Those students who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks in any stream from a recognized board with English as one of the subjects in 10+2 are eligible to study the Bachelor’s in Hotel and Tourism Management course at the Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management. Students who have appeared for the Class XII examination are also eligible to apply for the Bachelor’s in Hotel and Tourism Management course at the Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management. Duration of the Bachelor’s in Hotel and Tourism Management course is 4 years in the Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management.

The eligibility criteria to study a Bachelors of Tourism and Hotel Management (BTHM) at the Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management is given below.

In order to pursue Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Management program you must have qualified secondary school examination with Mathematics and Science from ISC/CBSE/State board with minimum 60% marks and your age must be 17 years.

Minimum eligibility to study BTHM in Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management is that you should have passed 10th standard (10+2) equivalent examination in any discipline with English as a subject from any recognized board with 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates).

Candidates appearing for 10th standard (10+2) examination in the current year are also eligible subject to successfully qualifying the exams.

Eligibility to study BTHM in Vivekanand Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management:

1) You must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate with English as your main subjects from a recognized board.

2) Those who are waiting for 12th board exam result may also eligible to apply.

3) You must attain the age of 18 years at the time of applying for the course.
