I am planning to pursue post graduate course in film direction at FTII Pune. So can you please tell me about the fee structure for this?

FTII stands for Film and television institute of India which offers film related courses.

The fee structure for post graduate courses is as follows:

1. Post graduate diploma in Film and television is Rs.33,000/- per year.

2. Post graduate diploma in acting is Rs.1,75,000/- per year.

3. Post graduate diploma in art direction and production design is Rs. 1,00,000/- per year.

4. Post graduate certificate course in direction is Rs. 85,000/- per year.


Candidates has to pay the deposits and hostel fee as prescribed by the institute.

Library Deposit : Rs.2,500/-
Security deposit : Rs.10,000/-
Hostel : Rs.12,000/-
Electricity and Water : Rs.1,500 per year
Mess : Rs.2,000/-
