We should complete any graduate course for CSAT? and i want entrance exam qualification marks! there will how many marks question paper at a time !

If you want to appear for CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test Preliminary Examination then you should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and those candidates who are appearing for final year exam or have appeared may also apply for prelims exam.

There is no requirement of minimum percentage marks in graduation to appear for this examination which is why do not worry about percentage in graduation.

Two different papers will be conducted in CSAT Preliminary examination that are following :

Paper I - General Studies - 100 questions for 200 marks

Paper II - CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test - 100 questions for 200 marks

Both of these above mentioned papers will be of the objective type.

If you qualify in prelims test then you will be eligible to appear for Main Examination where you will have to qualify 7 different papers and all these papers will be of descriptive type and demands hardcore preparation to be passed.

This year's CSAT prelims is going to be conducted on 24th of August 2014 so you should start preparation for next year's test.

Yes definitely Graduate in any stream can apply for CSAT. So, don't worry about the eligibility criteria if you have Graduated in any stream from a recognized University. You can start your preparation for CSAT in full flow if you want to qualify this examination.

The cut off marks for clearing CSAT varies every year according to the difficulty level of the exam. Hence, we can't predict from outset that this will be the minimum cut off for this year. So, be prepared thoroughly and attempt carefully as there will be negative mark for every wrong answer in CSAT.

In CSAT there will be two papers of 200 marks each. First paper will have questions related to history and general topics. Whereas, Paper II will have General aptitude questions from English, Maths and Reasoning questions.

So, prepare according to the syllabus and be ready for the toughest paper because there is very high level competition for this exam. If you clear cut off marks in CSAT then, you will be eligible to appear for Mains exam and after that Interview. Those in merit after all three stages will be eligible for the job.

For appearing in CSAT exam you should have passed graduation from any stream & this exam is based on CSAT and general studies.
