In order to become a Marine Engineer first you should complete your 12th class with PCM stream(Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics).

After completion of your 12th standard you have to appear and qualify in engineering entrance exam like JEE(Joint Entrance Examination).

You should secure a good rank in JEE exam to seek admission in top colleges.
