How can i get admission in another university even studying in 2nd semester in other university?
Please someone is the there who can tell me that how can I get access to another university for 3rd semester... b'coz my present university is not levelized for engineering field and I am the student of b.e telecom, studying in Iqra University (Karachi)...

No, you cannot get admission from one university to another university in 2nd semester rather you can change college under same university after 2nd year. if you want to change your university then, you have to apply for fresh and get admission.
