How can I get admission to study BTech through JEE Main if secured 49% in 12th Science?


Hello Sir, I got information that if a student gets below 50% in 12th Science will not get admission in any engineering college. Is it true? I have secured exact 49% in my 12th Science. I have drop a year to prepare for JEE Main. And I have applied for JEE Main. So, tell me if due to my percentage I will not get admission through JEE Main then what to do for studying BTech?

According to me yo have very less chance to do Engineering course. As per my knowledge, I know that there should be minimum 50% score in 10+2 examination.
