How will i get forms for assocet ?on whose name dd should be extracted?

ASSOCET is a National level medical level entrance examination conducted by AMUPMDC for admission to U.G courses.

The official notification for ASSOCET 2015 is not yet released.

The ASSOCET 2015 information broucher and and online application form will be available from first week of march 2015 to last week of April 2015.

Candidates should fill the online application on http://www.amupmdc.org/

Candidates should fill the application form along with scanned photograph and signature.

Candidates should take the printout of bank challan. with this challan pay the fee Rs.3000/- by cash towards the processing of application form and examination fee in account of AMUPMDC in any State bank of India branch.
