Yes you can do B.Com course without having Mathematics subject in 12th stnadard. Any discipline candidates are eligible to apply for B.Com course. So, there is no issue with your Educational Qualification. So, After completing you're 12th standard you're definitely eligible for B.Com course.

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. The duration of the course is for three years which is divided into six semester.

Eligibility Criteria:-

The candidate who have 50% marks in their class 12 Board Examinations, in any discipline from recognized university/Institution. The Candidate who belong from SC/ST Category candidates must score minimum 45% percentage of marks in their 12th Board Examination.

Basically, the candidate may get admission for based on the 12th Board Examination. The candidate who scored High mark in 12th Board Examination may get preference at time of admission for B.Com course.
