I want to which one is better BPT or BOT and which has more scope in which colleges should I take admissions and how to apply for all those . Is a single exam is sufficient for all colleges. I live in Delhi . Please contact me soon

Bachelor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Occupational Therapy both are respectable professions and independent of each other. A physical therapist treats the psychological, physical, and emotional comfort of various individuals whereas an Occupational therapist is a person who helps people to recover from mental or physical disabilities.

Even though the employment areas of both these professionals are almost the same but their work profiles will be entirely different. The flow of employment opportunities and the salary packages offered will also be different for both these professionals.

Both are respected professions and independent of each other.
Occupational therapist mainly deal with the activities of daily living apart from pain management. They mainly deal with upper extermity .
Most of hand therapist are occupational therapist .

PT mainly deals with lower extremities and help the patient restore function with gait, bed mobility and functional transfers etc

At any point neither PT nor OT is superior . Its just a matter of choice as to what you want to be.
Considering financial expectations , the average salary for both disciplines is around Rs 2,50,000 which varies significantly with location and years of experience.
