I have completed my B.Sc and B.Ed. I want to know the job opportunities for me. Please tell me about the job as I have completed my Graduation in Zoology.

You have completed B.Sc and B.Ed degree so you are eligible for Assistant Teacher through TET exam.

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test.

Two types of exam is conducted by TET:-

Primary stage(For becoming teachers from class I to V).
Elementary stage(For becoming teachers from class VI to VIII).

If you have completed 12th or its equivalent exam from recognized board with above 50% marks then you are eligible for Primary stage TET exam.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for Elementary stage TET exam.

Job opportunities for B.Sc Zoology and B.Ed Candidates:

Candidates from Zoology background can find good number of employment opportunities as a few students opt this subjects. You may find employment opportunities in, Museums, Universities, Zoo, Veterinary Hospitals, Research and Development, Museums, Botanical Gardens, Television Channels, Animal Clinics, Pest Control Companies. You may apply for several job posts as Zoo Keeper, Lab Technicians, Forensic Experts, Animal Rehabilitation, Wildlife and Animal Educator, Conservationist, Researchers, Animal Rehabilitator, Animal Caretakers, Animal Trainers, Wildlife Biologist and Zoo Curator.

You will get jobs as-

Accounts and Office Assistants.

Zoology Teacher.

Assistant Professor in B.Ed Department.

Wildlife Biologist.

Research And Development.

Animals Hospitals.

If you have completed your B.Ed then, you will get the job of Lecturer very easily.

You can apply for the Jobs in all the Zoology related Departments of the Government.
You can apply for jobs in Zoo, Museums, Botanical Gardens, Veterinary Hospitals, Animal Trainers and many other posts.
You can also go for the Job of a teacher as you have completed you B.Ed.
You need to choose which type of job you want to do in future.
As soon as you decide you must start your preparation and you must start applying for those types of jobs as soon as possible.
