BSc Nursing is a 4 year course from a recognised University.
The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed 12th in physics, chemistry and Biology as Main paper.
So, you are not eligible to get admission in BSc Nursing course as per your qualification.

No, PCM student can't do BSc Nursing.

Minimum Educational Qualification:-

The minimum educational qualification required for pursuing BSc in nursing degree courses is a class 12th in science stream with physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects from a recognised Board of Education.
So, having completing your class 12th with PCM group, you are not eligible for pursuing BSc in nursing degree course.

°°° As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to pursue BSc Nursing course after completing your intermediate with Non-Medical stream ( PCM).
Only those candidates are eligible who have completed their intermediate with Physics, Chemisty and Biology as main subjects from a recognized board.
Moreover, admission to this course is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the University.

°°° Being non medical student you have many other options such as Bachelor of Technology courses/ agriculture courses/ etc.

If you have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects then only you are eligible to pursue B.Sc Nursing.
If you have Biology as optional subject other than Maths then also you are eligible to pursue.
If you do not have Biology in 12th then, you are not eligible to pursue B.Sc Nursing.

As per your qualification, you can not pursue Bachelor of Science in Nursing because the minimum educational qualification needed to pursue Bachelor of Science in nursing degree course is 12th standard with PCB stream.

As a PCM student you can pursue engineering course, Bachelor of Science in Physics/chemistry/mathematics, Bachelor of Science in agriculture, Bachelor of Science in horticulture etc.

Being a Class 12th pass out with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) combination, you are not eligible to pursue B.Sc. in Nursing degree course as to pursue the same degree course a student is required to have completed his/her Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognised board of education.

So, in case you really want to pursue B.Sc. in Nursing degree course then in that case you will have to do your Class 12th once again but with PCB combination this time.
