I am 2nd year b.com hons student.. N i am doing my b.com from distance learning of patna university. So will i be able to pursue my llb 3year programme from any recognised institutionafter my graduation?? Or there is any problem to the students to pursue with llb who have completed their graduation from correspondence??

Yes if you have done Graduation from a recognized distance education University then surely you can apply for LLM admission which is a Post Graduation course of 3 years duration. Just make sure that you have got at least 50% marks in your degree program.

CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is conducted in India for admission in this law course for both UG and PG program. You can apply for this entrance exam if you are interested in admission. Performance in the entrance exam will decide whether you will be get admission in a good University. There are total 16 National Law University in India which give admission on the basis of CLAT score.

No, distance education is not possible for LLB course.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible LLB course.

Your age should be below 20 years.

LLB admission is conducted through CLAT exam.

No, LLB cannot be done through distance learning program.

Yes, if you want then you can apply for the LLB course as a private student that too after completing your BCom. as you have mentioned that you are currently pursuing the BCom from a university.

Because it is not possible to pursue two different courses from two different universities at a same time under the guidelines of UGC.

I can under graduation same time two another university by distance education ?its possible.
