Now I am studying B.Com 4th semester. I am very much interested to do ICAI course. What is the procedure for join ICAI and how much years I required for completing ICAI after B.Com?

Yes, you can easy study icai course because you are b.com student.
First entering into icai course through cpt entrance exam for 12th standard student.
It is not required to you because you completed your graduation.
Those candidate who complete their graduation not required to apply for CA CPT EXAM their can directly apply for ipcc- integrated profession competent course.
Subject in ipcc:
accounting
law,ethics and communication,
taxation,
financial management and costing,
advanced accounting,
auditing,
strategic management and information technology. In ipcc their are 2 groups
After completing ipcc then you have to apply for idt orientation classes after that you have do articleship for 2years and you have to write ca final examination. Then you will charctered accountant.
