Namaste Sir, I want to go for veterinary science, but I wanted to know whether I can directly go without appearing in entrance test? Can you let me know some good colleges within the north east area?

Yes, you have to appear for entrance examination in order to apply for veterinary science, you cannot get into it directly.

Students who seek to join these courses are required to appear for an entrance examination. Though there are a few state and nation wise entrance exams, most of the colleges carry out their own entrance exams in veterinary field.
