Hello everyone, I want to apply for the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam for this year. But I don’t know the syllabus of this year’s entrance exam. If any of you know about the syllabus of this year then kindly share it with me.

Syllabus of VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2020:

Physics :
Laws of Motion & Work, Energy and Power, Electrostatics, Properties of Matter, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current, Magnetic Effects of Electric Current, Optics, Nuclear Physics, Dual Nature of Radiation and Atomic Physics and Semiconductor Devices and their Applications

Chemistry :
Coordination Chemistry and Solid State Chemistry, Atomic Structure, p,d and f – Block Elements, Electrochemistry, Thermodynamics, Chemical Equilibrium and Chemical Kinetics, Isomerism in Organic Compounds, Carbonyl Compounds, Alcohols and Ethers, Carboxylic Acids and their derivatives and Organic Nitrogen Compounds

Mathematics :
Trigonometry and Complex Numbers, Matrices and their Applications, Vector Algebra, Analytical Geometry of two dimensions, Differential Calculus, Analytical Geometry of Three Dimensions, Integral Calculus and its Applications, Differential Equations, Probability Distributions and Discrete Mathematics

Biology :
Taxonomy, Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics and evolution, Reproduction, Human health and diseases, Plant physiology, Biotechnology and its applications, Human physiology and Biodiversity, ecology and environment

Aptitude :
Clocks, Calendars, and Directions, Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Data Sufficiency, Syllogism and Data Interpretation

The syllabus of VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2020:-
The VITEEE syllabus is based on class 12th syllabus in PCMB section. Some various topics from physics will be electromagnetic induction, alternating current, energy and power and much more. From Chemistry will be thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, electro - chemistry and much more.
From Biology will be genetics and evolution, taxonomy, health and diseases etc.
From mathematics will be trigonometry, vector algebra, probability etc.
The English paper will consist of English grammar, pronunciation and comprehension.

The syllabus of VIT Engineering Entrance Test is based on class 12th syllabus in PCM section.
Some various topics from physics will be electromagnetic induction and alternating current energy and power and much more.

From Chemistry there will be topics like thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, electrochemistry and all other topics.

From mathematics there will be topics from trigonometry, vector algebra, probability etc.

English paper will consist of English grammar, pronunciation and comprehension.
