Hello Sir, I want to apply in UP Combined Pre Ayush Test of 2018. Can anyone of you let me know that when the application form is going to be release? Please tell me about the application form release date as soon as possible.

The important dates of UP Combined Pre Ayush Test 2018 are given below.

=> Commencement of online registration: Second week of Sep 2018

=> Last date for submission of application: Third week of Sep 2018

=> Issue of admit card: Fourth week of Sep 2018

=> Date of Entrance examination: First week of October 2018

Application form of UP Combined Pre Ayush Test 2018 have not been released Its is subjected to release by last week of September 2018 or first week of October 2018. Official details of UP CPAT 2018 have not been announced yet.
