Whether a candidate is eligible to study F.Y.B.Com if failed in 12th Commerce?

Hello,
My younger Brother failed in 12th Commerce.
So without wasting a year can he do F.Y.Bcom
from any University? Please tell me about this.
Thank you in advance.

No, the candidate who have failed in 12th Commerce is not eligible to pursue B.Com course. To get admission in B.Com course, the candidate must have qualified 12th standard on all subjects from a recognised board. Some colleges or universities even conducts entrance examinations for providing admission in B.Com course. Since, your brother has failed in 12th standard, he is not eligible to pursue B.Com couse.

No that is not possible unless the college/University conducts some illegal/in-genuine admissions.
That also is possible for few universities which provides backdoor admissions with huge donations but for compartmental students who have failed in 1 subject.
If your brother failed in 12th,then he has already wasted his year.Instead of going for scrupulous arrangements, let him study and work hard to succeed.
