I had passed BCA from Punjab Technical University in the year 2015. Can I apply for Uttar Pradesh's Basic Training Certificate (BTC)?

No you are not eligible to do BTC after completing BCA because for doing BTC you need to do B.Ed degree first.

Eligibility to apply for Basic Training Certificate(BTC) :-

Candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh state.

Candidate who have completed BA degree is eligible for BTC.

BTC is a two year diploma course that provide eligibility certificate to all the enrolled applicants for appointment as government school primary teachers.

The minimum eligibility participate in the concerned exam is graduation in any discipline minimum 50% marks from a recognised University of India.

The Age Limit for candidates should be in between 18 years 30 years. There is relaxation in age limit for OBC/SC/ST candidates by 5 years.

Can I apply for Basic Training Certificate (BTC) having completed BCA?

For this, your minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 35 years, if your age is more or less then you will not be able to apply. To apply, your educational qualification must be at least a graduation degree in any stream obtained by the recognized university.
