i have completed my B.Tech 7th semester
of Aircraft Engineering and
because i want to do internship

You have to make a group of friends at first who are interested to do internship from HAL. Now write a cover letter and mention the area of your training with other details. Send the letter with your resume to the HOD of the respective HAL branch. The admin department will shortlist the candidates according to their eligibility. Now you have to keep in touch with them and follow their instructions carefully in order to start your training.
