First of all you have to visit the official website of Air India Engineering Services and submit your resume. Then you have to write an application mentioning the details of the training and send it to the HOD of the organisation. They will shortlist the candidates according to their eligibility. If they find you eligible then they will call you for an interview. You have to submit a NOC from your college and follow their instructions carefully.
