To get a job in IT sector you need to prove yourself that you have sound basics in technical knowledge.You need to learn at least a few programming languages by the time you complete your graduation. Recruitment to these jobs are done through written exam followed by interview. The candidate should demonstrate their skills in front of the interview panel to get in to the job. Technical skills can be enhanced only through work experience and practice. |
