how can i improve myskills to get a job in it sector?...please tlel me how to get the job

The candidate should be technically strong in order to perform well in IT jobs. Soft skills are also necessary to handle the job smoothly. Recruitment to these jobs are done through written exam followed by interview. The candidate should demonstrate their skills in front of the interview panel to get in to the job. Technical skills can be enhanced only through work experience and practice.

To get a job in IT sector you need to prove yourself that you have sound basics in technical knowledge.You need to learn at least a few programming languages by the time you complete your graduation. A number of good coaching centers are available better you some certification courses in them to brush your basics as well as to learn new languages.

some basic things you need to know:
programming languages like C,C++,JAVA
Querying languages like SQL

The selection process for recruiting is through written test followed by
technical and personal interview.

quantitative Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
verbal ability
Basics in the technical knowledge

See To get into IT sector in such tough competition is quite difficult.

You need to have:-

-Good Aptitude skill
-Logical Reasoning
-Good command over English
-Must need good Verbal skill
-Good general knowledge
-Good technical knowledge of your field.
-Strong soft skill
-Ability to convince other

Apart from this , Leader ship quality is must required. They want leaders.
