Hello team, I am looking forward to secure admission in Central University of Gujarat for PhD in Political Sciences. I would like to know about the procedure for getting admission in this PhD program in this institute. Please let me know about the admission procedure asap.

The admission procedure to study PhD Political science at Central University of Gujarat is, candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university.

The duration of this course is 3 years.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called CUET.

Admissions to the Ph.D. programs are made on the basis of entrance test and interview conducted by the university.

The admission is done on the basis of a two-tier system (Written test and interview), prescribed by the UGC.

A weightage of 70% will be given to the entrance test and 30% to the performance of the interview.

In the interview, the candidates have to discuss research interests or areas before a duly constituted selection committee.
