Am I eligible to enroll for the PhD program with 53.5% in MCA?

Hello Sir, I have scored 53.5% in my MCA program. I want to study PhD program. So, with this percentage of marks, I am eligible to enroll for the PhD program? Please help me to know about this asap.

°°° To pursue PhD program, the candidate should have minimum of 55% or equivalent in Masters course.

°°° For admission into some reputable institutes, a candidate must qualify the all India examination National Eligibility Test for Lectureshipconducted by NTA.
