I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to study PhD(Bengali) in Rabindra Bharati University with 47.1% in MA(Bengali) of NSOU. In order to enroll in PhD(Bengali) in Rabindra Bharati University, you must have secured at least 55% marks (50% in case of reserved category candidates) in your masters program. Candidates are admitted for PhD program on the basis of a valid score in Written Test followed by an Interview.
